    Whirlpool continues to Do Nothing

    At 9am this morning I called Whirlpool. A whirlpool representative claimed that I would receive a call by the end of the day.

    At 3pm I still had not heard anything and I filled out an online enquiry on the Consumer Affairs website. I anticipate that I will hear from Consumer Affairs before I hear from Whirlpool.

    At 4.15 I called Whirlpool. The girl I spoke to told me that she was emailing my case to "three managers" and it was "urgent priority". I asked when I would expect to hear frmo someone - she told me it would certainly be by the end of the day.

    At 5pm I called Whirlpool again. Again I was told that they were emailing everyone in the world and I was told that I would receive a call first thing in the morning.

    This seems unlikely, I guess I will call Whirlpool again tomorrow. Sigh.
