Quick Whirlpoolfail update

So I called Whirlpool yesterday.
The service representative apologised that nobody had got back to me. She assured me that she had everything she needed, confirmed my phone number and told me that she would organise for my case manager to call me.
I asked her when I could expect to be called, she assured me that it would be by the end of the day. That was at 3pm, but the ubiquity of american accents on the other end of the phone makes me think they may not be in Australia. (either that or they only have one woman who works there)
Unsurprisingly, absolutely nothing happened! I will call them again today. Sigh.
